i feel u, for my case the merchant sux, a renowned chain camera stores somemore, woke-up at 0100hrs and managed to grab the flash deals (3-wk pre-order), my frenz bought later than me frm the same store but at other platform (shopee) had gotten his delivered in 2nd week, of course he bought at higher price coz at that time the item was selling like a hotcake, those with ready stock can easily marked-up RM200 on top up MSRP. Called-in, the lady supervisor in denial and said mine is still in queue, after 3rd weeks Lzd cancelled mine with the same reason - merchant unable to fulfill order by promised date or no stock.
