better hope they send the correct items to you. Lazada delivered wrong item for weeks still pending their response.

You need to check your expected delivery time. If it didnt exceed the latest expected date, CS won't layan you. Its also possible the logistics team prioritise packages that have tighter delivery deadlines.

Hi, long time didn't need to return Lazada item but recently needed to.
Hoping to get some answers for a few questions.

1. Now don't need to print return label anymore?
2. So the courier will scan bar code in app instead?
3. Will the app auto update to something like "collected by courier" when courier scan the bar code?
4. Any proof of return/collection that will be received?
