i have a problem with this 1 parcel, late delivery using flash express. 12 days ago i contact lazada to refund. they accept and give rm10 voucher. Today suddenly lazada show item delivered and i still havent receive refund yet. then i stupid press "dont want it anymore" in return reason and seller straight reject.

what i want to know is if lazada say already initiated refund, meaning the parcel still need to go to seller first to release my refund?
