Is there a way to refund lazada wallet money into back account? I tried order and cancel something buy still cannot refund it.
Kinda hate lazada move to lock ur money in its platform

Again, we are sincerely apologies, since the amount is from Deposit column, customer will not be able to withdraw the amount since the amount is from customer willingness to topup to Lazada wallet. You may refer to the Terms and Condition for usage of Lazada Wallet

Thats why I told them, like three times already. I said close/freeze my lazada wallet and they still giving me this kind of replies...

The website is not accessible for me, keep showing error 404 when I registered new account for KPDNHEP.. Thank you for your help tho

The thing js they keep saying it not withdrawable... they didnt even give me an option there.

Please be informed as to the Top-up balance and the Voucher amount can’t be withdrawn. You can either initiate a withdrawal request (for refunded funds only) or purchase something on Lazada with the remaining balance amount

The refunded part dont work at all, I tried that at the beginning

I see. But the problem is they didn’t allow/ignore my request to close the account

Update for my issue.

The CS ask for all my detail (IC card number bank number etc) to close the account.

BUT NOW THEY SAID SORRY CANNOT REFUND. I told them to close the account more than 5th time already yet they keep ignoring and circling back to cannot refund issue!

Wow trying to buy something with my un- withdrawalable money but there is a limit for 2999 to purchase....
