Anybody know what is going on with LEX lately. LEX Ipoh and Puchong holding my parcels hostage for so long
The parcels ordered later went thru same route and arrive earlier ... CS so brave to tell me its a mystery

Puchong one hostage for 1 week(ship from JB) . Other parcel (also from JB) arrive the same facility the next day and delivered the next day.

The 2nd parcel hostage at the logistic facility Ipoh since receiving from seller about 10 days ago.

Managed to get thru the in-app cs agent and was informed there was quarantine order and try to extend the get by delivery date.

At least I got a reason now instead of "It's a mystery"

Yeah, I wanted to tell the seller I buy frequently from to use other courier instead. Lazada CS gave RM5 voucher but..... what is the point if I'm spending money only for my parcels to be taken hostage all over again
