Guys, I had an issue with an item. There was something wrong, but since I needed that item ASAP, I went to electrical shop to get it repaired for RM20. I contacted the seller for a partial refund for my troubles, they only agreed on RM10. I accepted, since the item was already repaired and got at a good discount. I applied for the partial refund of RM10, the seller accepted in the system, and then Lazada approved it. In the order, I used around RM60 Lazcash and 2,000 LazCoins. Somehow, Lazada refunded these as well, IN FULL. But they correctly refunded only RM10 to my credit card.

Can someone explain what happened and will I get into trouble?
