Anyone have experience return item to lazada through pick up? Normally how long it takes for cs to convert drop off to pickup?

I leave this for people who may face similar issue. Lazada help website is wrong, poslaju does accept bigger item for returns but if it's 1 order multiple items you need to wrap all the items together with brown paper/black plastic bag, make into 1 package.

How long it takes for poslaju to return item to lazada warehouse? It's been 12 days still haven't reach, it's not moving in poslaju puchong for 5 days now... Really sucks man.

Anyone experience such problem? Bought item, seller say packed then cancel say no stock. Order now stuck at cancel initiated, no refund. Seller canceled on march 27. I contacted cs they like cannot do anything just tell you to wait, now need wait how long?
