anyone using a return pick-up services by lazada before ?

The free pick-up services is by urban dispatch, however after 100 hours from the day i initial the return request  , until today , nobody was coming to my house to collect my item .

and the same time , i had contact lazada CS , they not able to assist me to change the method from pick up to self-return ..

anyone have this issues before and had resolve ?
