I recall someone mentioning that you can use the ewallet to make partial payment (combine with cc) to purchase an item. However, when I checked Lazada FAQ, it mentions you can only use one payment type.

to be safe, make sure your wallet has enough money in it, or just use other payment method.

Last time (6 months ago) I tried with insufficient money in wallet, thinking the Lazada system is smart enough to do half wallet half credit card. Guess what, it ends up my order was stuck, cannot order new items, cannot cancel the problematic order, and my voucher is stuck in that order too.

End up I been doing 5 times live chats, Lazada called me 3 times, just to fix the problem. In the end they just cancelled the order from their side, refund me the voucher. The whole process took a whole week to resolve. I believe nobody would want that trouble.

It is not hard to check your wallet balance before placing order, just make sure your wallet is sufficient for your item

Huh, I've been doing it for several times already in the past and all my items already received and paid for. Just tested it (although I didn't go through with the order today as was testing it). What happens is that you can click on the Lazada wallet, and system will ask you top up the difference with cc.  I think the CS don't know what he's saying.

Typically how long is the mini ban from Lazada? I overused the 7/7 voucher so they banned my account but until now I can’t apply any voucher.
