I need to follow up my case of my cancellation order from Lazada during flash sale . Feel very frustrated

So far, the Lazada 11.11 sales prices seems to be quite pathetic. Not much discount.

BUT NOW THEY SAID SORRY CANNOT REFUND. I told them to close the account more than 5th time already yet they keep ignoring and circling back to cannot refund issue!
