o To use Cashback A, Eligible Customers will need to activate and select their Lazada Wallet as the payment option for their purchases.
o Cashback A cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
o Any Cashback A under this Promotion that remains unused sixty (60) days from the date it was credited to the Eligible Customer’s Lazada Wallet will automatically expire.

Just now, during Lazada checkout, I was trying to use a Lazada voucher that I purchased using Boost. It’s a RM100 Lazada voucher. When I entered the voucher code, it says:

‘Sorry, this voucher is not valid. Please check for any typing error’

I’m aware that this Lazada code cannot be used to any digitally delivered goods on Lazada platform (Digital goods) as stated in T&Cs Boost.

I tried using this code for various products I purchase in Lazada App but all give similar ‘not valid code’.

I purchased the Lazada code using Boost when it offered cheaper price before.

What’s wrong here? Anybody experienced similar issue before?

Personally think Lazada voucher system is dumb. Why is it based on collection, rather than utilisation? Shopee better this way. People will simply grab the payment vouchers but no need to use them. So, so silly.

that day 9.9 i buy phone, stated flash sale 12-2am only.. and then got rm5 store voucher so i hurry go buy lo thinking after 2am will no more sale price..

suddenly check next morning 10 am see the flash sale price and now become whole day.. and then the store release rm30 voucher as well.
