My luck is better. I've placed order for Samsung A73 for my wife, save RM210 & received it within 3 days.
The best thing about SenQ is they offers extra 1 year warranty (1+1).

I think it's depends on products.
I've bought 3 items from SenQ this year, all received within 7 working days.

If you have any issue, just PM them, usually they will reply very fast (within hours).

I also received "small gift" from seller due to no stock, then they ask me to request for refund.
Only the amount I've paid was refunded, the voucher didn't return back :-(
