How to disable the lazada ad notification and pop up?

Everyday got many times to pop up and tell me sales/promotion/like.... kns

Lazada Monopoly the delivery but they have no sources to handle until all shipments are delayed.

They monopoly to LEX but it has passed the delivery date as no delivery partner is willing to deliver until it is still in their sorting center. Then they assigned NinjaVan to do delivery but I have to wait again.

lazada is going to bankrupt soon.

scammer sold item but sent sample only to ask you check quality before the deliver the real one.

I requested to return n refund and i got so many issues for their return slip..

The whole process and experiences are not good and complicated and many errors since day 1.

1. You have such seller in Lazada who provided this selling with sample and I need to perform return;

2. The printed return slip account was blocked by poslaju and I need to go back Poslaju to take back the item;

3. The latest slip, it was written drop off agent is Poslaju and delivery by J&T. I went to JnT to drop off and they dont accept it as it must be done via Poslaju.

4. Now, I need to drive myself to Poslaju again.

5. I went to poslaju and they claimed it is wrong that drop off cant be poslaju and delivery by jnt as they don't have account or partnership with JnT.. how could JnT will poslaju to collect

Who is the party who gonna compensate my time and cost to carry all of these when you have such scammer as seller to sell large item with such way to cheat customers by sending sample?

i already purposed so but they ignored.

Just because of the return label, I spent over 2 hours to go there and there.

who is going to compensate my costs

somemore, the seller is taobao collection.

they not even to reply my message when the seller just sent me a piece of sample.

seller did not responde at all for any messages.

Lazada didnt accept my proposal to refund only after I spoke with them on my situations whereby their own mistake made me to travel for so many times and hours.

this is the item and they sent me a piece like A4 sample

I always used Shopee to buy goods before and recently, I realised Lazada is better.

why/.

I wanna chat with the seller but the chat channel is quite not same than usual seller chat and it went to Lazada CS support.

This seller is dishonest. It sent me wrong item after realised the item was wrongly priced so I will be forced to return the item and they won't suffer loss in incorrect pricing.

I have also filed report to Lazada about this seller. If Lazada doesn't take action, I will file report to tribunal. Because it wasted me a lot of time to wait the item, and to return it again.

Actually what is CHOICE channel and what it is about? Why no complaints to Lazada so they are blacklisted?

Definitely I will return although RM45+ for two units. I need it to remind me task.

I have filed complaints to Lazada and if they did not take action, I will go tribunal.

Not because of value, but I don't like dishonest sellers one. Wasted me time nia
