Anyone got Lazada CS email? Holy shit they keep dragging my case for 2 weeks. Initially they said only take 2 days to solve the issues. When I ask, they keep asking to wait for a few more days as relevant departments working on my case. I want to lodge report to KPDNKK & include them in the email

Seem like my wishlist item cheaper but haven't purchased anything for a long time on Lazada. Getting confused my the coupon part, where do I put bank voucher? Or it will be automatically added when I choose the payment method? Another question, is it easy to get famous bank code like CIMB & Maybank? Because I haven't grab any voucher yet, waiting for 8PM refresh. Just realised the price difference today but for this session all CIMB Maybank already runs out. Thanks
