lazada delivery sucks. getting from bad to worse, even after having paid for shipment. Shopee is much better. guaranteed to get within a week. Lazada can take up to a month.

Anyone of you had your RM1 refuinds from 'onederful' campaign stuck? so far, I had traced 12 of these stuck since 6th July. Afraid that lazada may makan my money even though they are supposed to refund if the order was not successful. you guys better check on this

But there were some orders under onederful campaign which were cancelled and refunded. Why are some refunds processed and not the others?

however appeared as a transaction item at the wallet details with no actual money credited. Chat with Lazada and they said need to check, blah blah. You guys better check on your records vs actual refunds.

lazada really bad service. mine stuck at their hub for 4 days. still no indication of delivery. local seller somemore

ANd lazada is charging for delivery fee when their service is sh#t.
