Guys, for bank harimau voucher, it's stated that it's only available for 3000 redemption. So does it mean that there are only 3000 harimau vouchers or the first 3000 redemptions of all collected harimau vouchers will apply?

Just a question, if the item status is packed, pending handing over to courier, can the seller cancel your order and say out of stock?

I cancelled one order when the fpx system failed partway, but the money has already been deducted, I made a further successful order with the same voucher. Now my account is deducted for 2 transaction.

My question is this: Is the money automatically refunded back to the account when the bank finish processing for the first failed transaction?
