11.11 buy.
12.11 packed and wait for pickup by cainiao.
no news till today.

expect delivery 18-29.11.
is this normal?

actually this is my first time 11.11 purchase. and I do expect the delivery is not fast as normal. but what I don't expect is no update from the tracking after they packed my item. the seller also no reply my chat. I expect on 18.11 my item already reach Malaysia at least. biggrin.gif

what more worry me is that i suspect the item i bought actually from hong hong. with the current situation in HK, i wonder if there any delay.

ok la, finally got update after a week.

Base on my experience few months ago, no live agents work on weekends. Only bot. So try again chat with live agent on lazada during working days. Since, the item already with courier lazada will try to get status update from the courier service and will ask you more time to wait. Maybe lazada will give rm10 voucher as compensation for late delivery. You can contact lazada live agent againt if still not receive the item. And they will ask if you willing to wait again or get refund.
I advise in the meantime try to collect evidence uch screenshot from seller, currier service and also lazada cs chat. Like my case, after almost a month delivery status not update, suddenly stated as delivered on 20 days back. Luckily, i already screenshot everything as evidence and got refund back.
