Hi, I wanna ask bout the bank partner vouchers, will all of them ever get 'refreshed' at all or is the time just for show? I been watching at 4pm and 8pm for RHB voucher but I haven't seen it and some others get topped up again.

Where you get the Lazada special voucher? Also for daily voucher where get, do you actually have to tap daily to get the voucher?

Ohh.. I found what you mean by special voucher.. really weird of lazada to distribute like that.

As for daily voucher, so have to click daily and accumulate balance, then only can redeem those vouchers? If so, dang gonna take a while

Sorry if a bit confused haha, I always used other platform (start with S), long time never used Lazada but now for some product they are just way cheaper for some reason.

Bought CPU cooler from them recently cause their price was cheaper compared to other sellers on LZD and other platform. (even compared to 'flash' sale pricing)

Ship out time is indeed slightly slow:
- Placed order at 11/03 (1AM)
- Packed by seller 14/03 (11AM)
- Parcel dropped off post office at 16/03 (6PM)

- And arrived 18/03, decent packing too.

Thought by placing order on Friday midnight, they can ship out by end of day, let logistics take the weekend, and receive by Monday.

But total time they take to ship out is 4 days roughly. Not too bad since weekend maybe but these days, other sellers I seen same day ship out. Basically save some money in exchange for waiting abit longer.

J&T Express, though for some reason seller used LEX Express to pick up the parcel first, then they passed to J&T according to the tracking.

Maybe but I not sure, only recently started using LZD again. Always used Shopee and there typically seller themselves will post manually to drop point of the 3rd party courier.

Just want to check if anyone know, if I cancel order will all my vouchers I used on that order be returned to me?

TQ, worked fine.. forgot to add one more item in cart but too fast checked out, scared my voucher disappear after if cancel, did manage to on time
