Just received MSG said starting Feb 1st B-infinite point no longer can collect thru lazada.

I just paid astro rm100 to utilize the rm8 rebate.

However payment is not immediately reflected on my astro online account. I chat with lazada customer service and they asked me to check with astro directly

There are people who split to pay rm20 postpaid bills payment, I guess should be ok for astro also.
Instead of rm20, you can try rm30 to see if you can get 8% off and rm5 tng cash back, need to collect the voucher to use it.

exactly the same thing happened to me. refund takes like a week.

Lex driver steal my parcel today. This morning called me come down apartment to collect, I ask how many parcel he said two. Came down he gave one said maybe another one by another driver. I went up check app, both are out for delivery by same guy. Both order including the one I received didn't update to delivered. I see something fishy. Quickly call the driver he said found already. Will turn back.

Waited two hours call again, he said he nearby already. Then suddenly both order updated to delivered. Called him he said already downstairs, ask me to go down. I look down from apartment didn't see his van, go down didn't see him. Called him he pretend don't know me. Then I scolded him how can you forgot ten minutes ago just told me to go down. He said already delivered to another person. Don't want talk to me because I scolded him.

I live chat cs say will escalate. Until now no email reply and report number. He even sign on my behalf. 5.30pm another number called me asked me go lex collect because I want to change delivery address. I said no such thing, MCO don't expect me to go self collect. Then he said will ask another guy deliver tomorrow.
