like i said before, these sort of 11.11 isn't the best time to buy at alleven if there are vouchers, they're not the best
to those who wanna know if it's true or not, just add those stuff into your basket 1st, everyday go "tick" it and see what's the final price with voucher included
you're about to realized off peak days has better vouchers(more discount)
i wouldn't say all the times but most of the times i monitored
usually there are platform and seller's voucher, during these 11.11, 12.12, the seller's voucher is empty(none at all) and will only appear during non-peak days
