Hi experienced buyers,

I really need your help. I bought a bed frame and found out it was torn/smell and missing one wood plank to install the leg. The tear and smell part I choose to ignore, but without the leg it makes the bed frame exist for no point. So I chat with seller first, seller responded will check then no news. after initiate asking what is their solution numerous times, they choose to play tai chi and ignored. I followed their instructions to check the bed frame and they noted what is missing, now I raise dispute they finally request return the item in 4days.(Not even give me time till weekend.)

but this is clearly an act of bully, thinking buyer will want to save trouble and spare them just like that. I don't have truck how am I supposed to drop the item at pos office? This is their fault shouldn't they pick up and take back to investigate?

Do you guys experienced this or got any advise? I look for Lazada CS they seems to be way too "official". So regret purchasing such big item from Lazada now.

The seller keep ignoring every question and only response when dispute raised. so frustrated.

apart from facebook page and calling to CS, any other method to reach out to their more efficient person in charge? my case was dragged fro almost 2months still not resolved.

No. The item still with me, it's a defective furniture. YES. The irresponsible seller initially chose to ignore me, but after initiate return and raised dispute, the seller want me to return within 4days on weekdays. so ridiculous. That's why I talked to the CS and another department called and say stuff like escalate( which had done thrice...) and I'm still waiting for a solution.

you have same experience as well?

Hi Sifus,

is it possible to ask Credit card CS to take back money from Lazada seller? I received broken item and the seller did not response for almost 2 months and Lazada CS is not helpful.

It's a bit completed than you think though. The broken item is a huge furniture and the seller was not keen to take responsible to fix it. Lazada CS advised to ignore the return process and said they will follow up the case. Numerous calls made, many promises made by them also.

However, it has been 2months and I'm losing patience, so just try my luck here to seek for any other solution.
