I remember that was during the payment, it's keep loading and loading almost 6 minutes plus, then poo out payment error.
And I see my purchase history don't have that items at all. But receive sms been deduct from card to Lazada already.
Call to bank officer, mentioned that already deduct. Need contact to merchant side for further investigate.
Then call to merchant (lazada), they mentioned payment error. So system won't show any payment history..
If really want to report, then need to report to BNM and also KPDN teams, right?
