Sometimes the banks won't border you because been deduct to the merchant there.
If anything issued, need contact to the merchant (Lazada) to dispute and get refund back to the banks.

Previously I call to bank to get refund, but been inform by bank need call to merchant side to get back refund.

I remember that was during the payment, it's keep loading and loading almost 6 minutes plus, then poo out payment error.
And I see my purchase history don't have that items at all. But receive sms been deduct from card to Lazada already.

Call to bank officer, mentioned that already deduct. Need contact to merchant side for further investigate.
Then call to merchant (lazada), they mentioned payment error. So system won't show any payment history..

If really want to report, then need to report to BNM and also KPDN teams, right?

After apply voucher, unable to place order and keep pop out error and contact customer support..
Without apply voucher, then during place order no issued.

Tired again for this platform. Too many chances already but yet never improvement.

Times to abandon my Lazada account, and go for Shopee..

Already 2 days, still in-progress.. And my voucher (from digi there) going to be expired soon.
I think this is the final purchase via Lazada platform to utilize the voucher. Totally crap of the service from Lazada.. puke.gif
Look like Lazada will moving forward for "rich" or "premium" online shoppers.

For me, the rest of the day going to be more in shopee.

No longer to use it anymore. Their support teams really terrible.

I try to go Lazada apps at My account tab to search deactivate account, close account or terminate account. But it's seems like don't have.
Any better way rather than using apps adblocker?
