Mine has been stuck at "depart from Puchong" for one day already. There must be some severe logistical issues with LEL if you guys are having same issue for so many days. doh.gif

I've never experienced delays that led to cancellation before. When does the auto-cancellation happen?

Any updates if the EMCO in Klang Valley is affecting deliveries? I have a few items stuck at "Arrived in Puchong" since July 1st. I'm technically not under EMCO since I'm in KL.

Same issue. I have two items stuck at Puchong hub since August 9. I bought those items on 8.8 sales. confused.gif

After having my 8.8 items stuck at the Puchong hub since August 9, I proceeded to apply for cancellation yesterday for two separate purchases, one by GDEX and another by Best. Suddenly this morning I find that both items are going to be delivered this morning, and when I checked the tracking history, it seems like the whole process for both items were accelerated overnight. It seems like that they expedited my shipping only AFTER I put in the cancellation instruction. Anyone experienced something like that? I guess Lazada is sending us a signal that we should proceed to cancel our late orders?

Try cancelling it? My two items were suddenly expedited from Puchong to my home in KL today, skipping the usual delivery hubs in between that would take a day or two. This happened less than 24 hours after I put in a cancel request. I don't know what's wrong with Lazada now, but I won't be participating in the upcoming 9.9 sales.
