I bought 2 items together from a same Lazada shop but there is only 1 tracking reference no provided by Lazada.

When the item delivered to me, I only received 1 out of 2 items. I immediately ask the seller where is my 2nd item? The seller told me another item is wrapped by another parcel but it gone missing during the transit by logistic.

However, is this possible that my 2 order items with 1 tracking reference no being wrapped in 2 packaging to deliver to customer? I wonder if I am getting cheat for this? Can anyone advise?
