For that, yes, unlike Taobao which can be solved by reformat, Lazada allowed to check by using GMS id
FYI, my Lazada denied the phone access aka IMEI, and not asking me to give access, so I guess they are using other method to tracking the phone.

For example, FoodPanda tracking people by using Facebook, as long as you got Facebook installed and login, it will keep track and logged apps access history in your Facebook account.
So I guess Lazada might do the same.
