hey guys, what's the return/refund process is like in lazada? I bought a counterfeit product. And I wanna refund but now it's stuck with seller's response? I remember last time it was more straight forward.

Mostly i buy from the app but i just forgot about it and clicked buy on the computer. Not sure if i can ask customer service and they can do anything about it.
