Emm.. in your case it is seller's fault sending wrong item. Mine is faulty unit and can't blame seller because it was sealed unit.

Lazada introduce Wallet fund transfer:



1. P2P funds transfer is allowed upon the completion of Standard CDD checks, i.e. only applicable to customers with upgrade Lazada wallet. Maximum daily transfer limit is RM1,000 subject to Lazada Wallet Balance of P2P Sender and Lazada Wallet Limit of recipient.
2. Only can transfer deposit. Refund and rebate cannot..😄

When visit the vote for gift page, they will show in popup if you have won any of your voted items and just click it to claim the item. On the product page you'll only need to pay the discount(or free) price with shipping fee if needed.

My item from Ipoh travel to Petaling Jaya then travel back to Ipoh..😅
Usually this happen if seller choose to drop at third party collection center like Parcelhub..

Emm..all my items bought on 02/04 and went through to puchong hub(stuck one day only) has been delivered to me at Ipoh today by both Flash Express and NinjaVan..

Parcel stuck at J&T Shah Alam since 6/4 and today status changed to 'On Hold for Investigation' after complaint to CS yesterday.

Still got hope or can say goodbye ready..? ☹️

Just received my 'replacement' unit and guess what, they sent me same faulty unit that i sent them after they updated the vacuum firmware..🤦‍♂️

They didn't inform me anything on the firmware issue when they received the unit. Damn pissed off, the trouble i had to go to deal with both seller and J&T..🤬

Should i return/refunds or keep it? 🤔

Ya, i'm going to return/refund because really² disappointed with the seller after sale service.

Damn this skynet is sooo slow to pickup return item but fast to delivery item..

Ask LZD CS to change different courier for drop off but need to wait 72 hours to process request..

Seller also can if the courier is assigned by LZD system and they reject pickup..

I've experienced this last month, lucky the seller manage to settled ownself if not as buyer you can help push the issue to LZD CS..
