Guys, to return items that have 15 days return period under "change of mind", we aren't supposed to click "Order Received", else cannot initiate return.

I have an item to return but I can only drop off next week.
1) can i initiate return today but only drop off say 7-8 days later?

2) will the system automatically change status to "order accepted" and release the payment if I don't initiate return within certain period of time?

1) that's the thing. It's not stated anywhere the deadline to drop off.

2) I mean, my order status becomes "received" if I do nothing, just like shopee. This is something new in Lzd. In the past, we automatically had 15 days from parcel delivered date to initiate return.

Update: just checked my order details. It's stated order will be confirmed received after 15 days.
