Have been getting CS to check why I can't play Group Play, keep telling me I have 2 accounts logged into 2 devices whereby I've got 1 account only! Complained again, they promised to check and returned with the same answer and case closed. What's wrong with this Lazada?!

the lazada cs just close my case with rm10 voucher only. They say will terminate my account if i make any further complaint regard gift card issue.

Yup, don't need set in stone laws for that. However, if you must use their site, you are still bound by their terms and conditions. Else, don't use. For Lazada, legal team of pay fine is cheap.. Average you? Want to hire lawyer for RM100 Gift card? See, we know what is happening is wrong. To them, RM100 for one satisfied customer is peanuts.

Hope you screenshot that. But then that's probably a CS talking dunno what. Which might very well be the official response from Lazada if this blows up. They'll just toss that CS under the bus. Meanwhile, have you made the complaint yet to tribunal? Do that first.. Document everything and submit the case. Let them assist in the fight.

Well please dispute this with your bank if u r using CC to pay for the gift card. Please do not hold any longer since there is a timeframe for lodging the complaint - claim service not rendered/non receipt of item. Then lodge the case with KPDNHEP - anyone knows what is the contact email etc? Do it asap! Someone please share tips what/how to include in uif complaint.

Company rule override on Malaysia Law ?

Long long time ago the slogan "goods sold are not returnable nor refundable". Almost every receipt got print this but this is legal?

Nah.. I may not know all the rights. But I'm well versed enough. If it was I with such a case.. I know exactly how I'd go about it and surely will get them to revalidate. Did that before. I still tackle em today.. Be it Lazada or Shopee or any other.. The time spent here, I would have been using to blast em from all corners.. FYI, company rules doesn't override per say, but it does play a part in the end judgment should it go to court. Customer while right, cannot be always right. No country law will back consumers 100% of the time.. This is fact.

Lastly, you go buy underwear....they inform you that there's no return.. use it once to test or never and then return, say you want your money back.. See if that "goods sold are not returnable nor refundable" quote will hold or not..
