After years of hardly buying online, i found nowadays one has to get a degree of purchasing to go thru all the sale discounts in most platforms. Totally phobia. Rindu zaman GEMFIVE.
Cause sales are more dynamic nowadays. Lazada always topup with last minute voucher to stimulate sales, especially when during the days they barely have good offer (and assumably sales isn’t good). Shopee pretty much have their own SOP already - the hourly and time section activated deals/vouchers throughout the whole sale day, to keep you hooked and stay on their platform every now and then.
The platforms will bait you to camp and regularly check back every few hours for the best deals.
It’s tiring, but beggars can’t be choosy I guess? LOL...
In short, unless you’re a real cheapskate (like me), if the items dropped to under your target price, can consider to grab already. You don’t always able to combine and workout the bestest lowest priced deal. For me anything within 5% or RM10 to theoretical lowest is my acceptable tolerance.
