I still havent got a refund to my credit card. Two weeks since Nov 11th. Already spoke to both Maybank and Lazada. Both says to wait 14 working days. Should I be worried?
Usually it takes only 2-3 days to see the refund reflected in my card but this time it is unusually long. Could it be because it was a 12m installment thingy?
