Lazada Sucks. 1 Month already still no give me back my refund.First promise me in 15 days, then 21 days.... First say if no refund can contact them again, and then say need to liaise with bank by myself. Everyday contact lazada also no use, always say escalating.... marks the 1 month already and still no news. Contact maybank through phone, go brach, message twitter, maybank say need to direct liaise with the merchant (Lazada). then asked Lazada from Twitter, then they say sorry and then keep the same bullshits like "We will try to escalate again"... Anyone with the same problem? By the way I applied for monthly installment payment with Maybank CC, and I know the refund will be late, but didn't expect it to be this slow. Anyone with similar experience please? How did you guys solved it? By the way even Maybank also told me that this is their tactic to delay the refund by saying the problem comes from the bank.
