i think the free shipping sitewide pop up only selected accounts get it. i didn't get it the past two days. instead i got -5 pop up voucher instead

as some others also highlighted, even the lazada hunt vouchers selection different for certain users

last time voucher club macam tu also, actually last time during promo also macam ni, but i think this time is the worse, alot of manipulation when it comes to promo deal for different users. not sure what's their goal. probably to attract more new customers. i doubt is favouring loyal customers cause i am a loyal customer of lazada but got treated like 3rd class citizen this time

lazada is really doing some manipulation this time even to loyal and frequent buyers. so unfortunate

maybe others can try ask CS also. i am sure im not the only one since we all have our suspicion already

i only bought 4 items but all 4 items had lazbonus, shop voucher, bank voucher, laz platform - stacked as we always do

because i always only buy during promo with many vouchers

like that also kena control. means lazada expect me to buy other items without any vouchers ke to avoid being limited?

usually small valued items eg less than rm10 bucks are cheaper at shopee (because recently they have been giving 50%-100% max 300-500 coins daily - even eclipse and running concurrently with lazada birthday period even though there was no reason for shopee to do promo at this period)

before this, lazada can rival shopee for small valued items because of voucher club

since now no more voucher club, shopee become the alternative lol

haha the vouchers are collected fair and square. and i do not have any dupe accounts. that's why lazada can't even ban me but instead they limit me now

if that's their way to avoid losses i think its wrong because it just made me shop less with lazada lol

haha i doubt you will be able to get it. they specifically told me have to screenshot. then i told them i didn't screenshot because i wouldn't have expected such glitch to happen at the first place

then they said without screenshot they can't do anything, finally just issued me -5 voucher. i just accepted it cause not worth my time

i have always preferred lazada over shopee because before this no need to spend time querying lots of things and wasting time on lazada. seems like recently lazada alot of glitches and hanky panky going on (eg voucher club, voucher collection etc). starting to waste alot of time which i don't like

so many auto credited junk vouchers

i wonder if many people never use their -5 vouchers then end up recycling as category vouchers

then today expires, recycle to tomorrow again lol
