The good part for this 300 - 30 RMB at Taobao/Tmall is, the shop given you a RM 399 - xx voucher, you can become 399 - xx - 30 - yy(buy 2 and more get 2% discount etc), and yes, single digit is possible, but not recommended la.

Unless they want to confuse customer, it should be based on the original price, not discounted price(means not the price after deducted by shop + platform vouchers), this is to ensure customer just count on original price to get best discount, nothing more.
Not like counting to the end, and found out you need the order's final amount to meet the min required to use the bank voucher, like old time ago etc.
Sadly that, in Lazada it is not common to having free shipping for small price items(except Shopee), so to meet the requirement of RM 100 - 10, you may need to spend more instead of just adding a small price item at another shop to meet the requirement.
And yes, it is counted over multiple shop, just thinking it as platform vouchers that can be stacked.
