Go to cart will popup platform voucher. But didn't have Collect button lol... So I exit and go to cart again and the voucher didn't appear already

Did the 12% voucher appear at all?

Did anyone encounter any issues while trying to place orders from overseas? For example skincare products. I keep getting errors that the item couldn't be delivered to my address. But other things are ok.

U mean 16 secs after 8pm or 16 seconds after collected still can apply voucher?
