why will auto cancel?

1 of my parcel order on 16th april till now not delivered, still stuck at distribution center. delivery date was around 24~28 april.

till now no update on it, didnt auto cancel

hmm i see.. ive seen people mention it will auto cancel but dont know how it works..

err no i didnt bother enough to ask cs about it cause they will at most give sorry voucher which i can get anytime from laz live shows anyway..

and the things are just stocking up so totally not urgent for me..

If you think about it you basically dont get any benefit..

Last time 120-30, now they increase to 150 make you spend extra 30 for that same 30 voucher. So basically they not giving you any voucher.
