Not sure what's Lazada is doing now, I already collected that daily flash voucher on 12pm but told me they dont have any record of that voucher (not sure what that " You have received RM33 from Lazada" means). Meanwhile I still can use the RM1000-RM500 hourly vc.

Same error message also since last month before Raya. DId complaining to Lazada, the first reply:

'After conducting a check, we regret to inform you that your account has been flagged for using vouchers in a manner that does not comply with Lazada's terms and conditions.'

Then I keep asking at which part I'd violated the tnc, Lazada can't explain to me but keep closing my ticket. So I just keep reopening the same ticket.... lol
