what u mean by different base? sauce or dough?

?? how can it be a different base.. bbq chicken is tomato base, the very most basic ady.

you got customize it??

1) if you customize BBQ chicken you WONT get the BBQ sauce # on pizza (based on my experience so far, the store will forget to put the BBQ drizzle on top because they follow your customization), and also this is the WORST pizza to customize because you only get 3 selection of topping compared to others 4.

2) if you specifically want that BBQ sauce # on top of pizza you cannot customize BBQ chicken pizza at all.

If you want to customize a tomato base pizza choose something like seafood delight.

if your situation is 1) then today you learn something new, but if your situation is 2) and you didnt customize it and you somehow get wrong base can complain and get replacement probably

BBQ chicken got 3 topping only. if you select others then the original topping wont be there anymore right?? you only need to pay extra if you exceed the 3.

so there is your reason onion and green capsicum no longer on your pizza. Its not dominos fault and its most defo not even lazada's fault like you blaming earlier..

When you reach the customize page you will see what is the default topping... How did you missed that ??
for bbq chicken it is 1) shredded chicken 2) onions 3) green capsicum. so you added mushroom and pineapple and removed the 2 vege to keep it same price..

anyway like i told you earlier, any customize on BBQ Chicken = no more bbq drizzle on top of your pizza. Which then makes it a regular tomato based pizza with 3 toppings only and there are better options for tomato based pizza to select and use..

If you want to eat pizza with that bbq drizzle on top cannot customize aka take standard bbq chicken.

you ownself customize it already, you dont expect to retain your original topping + add the things you customize right?

the only thing i would say about dominos stupid system is that for BBQ pizza once u customize, the store staff will follow customize but in the end wont put the bbq drizzle for you even though your base pizza selected was BBQ Chicken..

Maybe they were trained that way to strictly follow what the customer customize and throw out whatever supposed to be default.. idk..

But not a huge deal, i rather eat other pizza with 4 toppings than eat bbq chicken with bbq drizzle for only 3 toppings..

when i missed collecting one of the 40-10 voucher just now, i was more relieved
