Why my council bill payment always refunded one? My acc number is correct, nothing is wrong with that. First time making payment this month and its been refunded twice (i tried again and again)
Anyone has the same issue? |

why is it that in Lotus Lazmall, the product has a free shipping label, but then i cant apply any free shipping voucher i collected? is it only specific free shipping vouicher only can apply? The product price itself also exceeded the min spend of RM15
