The bots mention is that seller buy back seller.
Seller use bots to buy back their product themself or sell to others.

my guessing as for Ben multiple product which you choose , maybe 1 of it really no stock.So end up all being cancel at the same time.Possible motherboard.

As for the phone , some seller need to refer back the dealer since no one keep 3k phone.

Reminder , all should inform seller after purchase at the first day whether using voucher or not once you see the yellow notification of cancel.

laz should have new setting system.Buyer+seller extend button , if buyer contact seller and extend both agree nothing would happen.
Problem is more on seller side packing.It's not like using voucher will affect seller payment as they still get full payment by laz.
