Bdaysale20 - when I key in check out it show Vocher codes are not stackable..... I only put 1 voucher......really suck system

Just purchase something from Lazada using my TNG, lazada payment failed but touch n go amount deducted. In my TNG wallet amount deducted but it was not show in the TNG transaction history ........what should I do now ?
