For this current acc u can try again after few months they might unblock it.

I found my solution . Create new account which is no6 account, make sure use different payments type and handphone number as per feedback by another forumer in previous page
, format your phone then done successfully checkout..
my another 5 account was created same device that could be weird as lazada have the right access to our device to collect our information . The 5 account had close , even the balance active 1 account also not able to checkout using voucher now , might get blacklist by lazada
