anyone encounter using tng to make payment, when i already had enough money in the wallet but it keep saying that fund is not sufficient when i tried to make purchase, it is an aircond costing rm2259

what can i do if a seller claims via chat that an item was a top engine gasket when it was actually a valve engine gasket, i do not know until my foreman told me. Seller refuse to response when i asked for a return and shopee (sorry to ask here) says that seller did ship the correct product and cannot qualify as a return and refund case
