You can test it, click the Use Now on the voucher, it will show the items that this voucher can be used on. Select something or add 2 items to go over RM 150. Goto your cart and select Check Out, it will show the Lazada Wallet and voucher summary on the total price. Don't pay it of course...

My testing shows it's for limited/selected items only. But it's valid for RM150-30....

I believe that is technically correct. I returned a single item 1 or 2 months back and once I dropped it at the collection point, the refund was initiated immediately.
So it stands to reason that as long as the label is tagged and scanned as returned, the refund process moves along. Of course it might be open to abuse or maybe there is a threshold to the return value?

Then I had another case where my free gift from buying milk powder was broken upon arrival. The return label clearly marks to return all the items (inclusive of the powder itself) so you cannot return only a single item from the order. I chatted with Support and they offered a voucher to cover the broken item. Assuming it follows the same principle, if I had only physically returned the broken item, possibly they might have refunded the whole thing.

Nevertheless, for your case, perhaps you can contact the seller and arrange for payment? From Lazada's perspective, I doubt the CS wants to get further involved in it....

This is also why I like Lazada's return policy much more than Shopee's. Let's try not to abuse it eh?

Doesn't seems like the bank partnerships vouchers are reloading at 12pm?

Mostly ran out on midnight 3rd of May, haven't seen it being topped up at all since then. I don't think it'll be topped up anymore.

They should stagger the release from 3rd to 5th, rather than release it in one shot on the 3rd midnight.

For consumers the move to SSD's will be easier as the price and technology matures.

For enterprise customers (backend operations), I believe HDD will still be a mainstay due to the the sheer capacity and price advantage. Whenever I order a server, there is still a huge price difference for enterprise level SSD's to HDD's. On the backend, read and writes occurs much more frequently than your average office machine. It will kill the SSD lifespan, so hopefully it will get improvements in the future.

Have rejected parcels before, just tell them you don't want to accept, usually they understand it's to refund or return it.

Auto refund depends on the item / system. The one I rejected needed to reach the KL warehouse again before the refund started processing. Other items I returned by myself to the drop off point automatically started the refund the moment I dropped it off and scanned in.

Fortunately, I prefer to avoid using the wallet whenever possible Paid via CC usually so it's refunded back to it directly.

Apple will launch this year's iPhone 13 later this month, hence I would wait for the new model to appear first. Then it's up to you whether to go for this year's model or last year's which would drop in price slightly.

I believe it did, I saw it all refresh before 12pm actually. I didn't collect the RHB one as I don't have the account. Even the HSBC -100 popped up very briefly and I couldn't get it. Managed to get the 500-50 and the -22 one.

Less than 3s for the HSBC one perhaps, i clicked and already shown fully collected.

Yes, but certain shops might lower the price for 12 to 2am only. Sometimes the item is lower price for the whole day, or it will repeat in another flash sale. Also the shop might have additional vouchers for the 2 hours only as well.

Ya, it really depends on the shop....not all like that though. Previously I bought some milk powder for my kids there's really some additional voucher for 2 hours only

So your mileage will vary depending on the item.

Previous rounds gave out random Lazzie's and able to exchange for the specific ones you're missing. This round's missions are fixed with rewarding primarily Lion, Love and Orange Lazzies only. So I don't have enough Blossom and Angpow Lazzie's either.

CIMB 580-50 reloaded briefly...

Bank vouchers just refreshed...

Both were released just now at 3.50+ pm as well...

Got system error but the voucher showed up in my account, check your voucher list first.
