Log a formal complaint to Lazada via chat. Don't cancel your order no matter what. The worse can happen to a seller is order gets cancelled from their side, and will reflect on their stats.  Nothing much you can do other than that.

hi guys, I just bought a Marshall Emerton (RM420) from one of this seller on Lazada. Saw few quite good review and I had pulled the triggered. Thats when I was having this impulsive purchase and being stupidly not think much.

After sometime my purchase, i checked back the shop. And i realised those comment was some repetitive buyer (their name is some random name and same buyer for different product) At that moment, it was too late and I knew I am screwed.

I am wondering, if I manage to proof its counterfeit. Can i return the product and choose counterfeit product as reason? No full but at least i get back half also happy

I got the Citibank general one, for all cards. It refreshed at 4pm, used it. But I can't seem to get the Citibank Lazada Card one, always finished.

Nowadays they bait you to pay for your own vouchers by joining voucher club.

It’s a worthwhile purchase though so long as you’re able to make more than 4 orders or grabbed more than 3 hero vouchers.

But the updated TnC which specify no reimbursement of vouchers even if your orders got cancelled pissed me off as a consumer, especially since LZD’s seller often cancelling orders if they’re unable to fulfil the orders or unwilling to give discounted price. Nowadays I only subscribe voucher club if I’m sure as heck I can save more from there and only use them on sellers with 0 cancellation experience with me.

p/s: Dayum, it's so hard to get hero vouchers nowadays, missedd for 3 days in a roll despite I camped and spammed taps, still didn't get. I think the timer is out of sync with voucher's release timing.
