The number linked with your account is such a major prob for them and i dont know why.

My case is I bought a new phone number so naturally I want to update my account with the new one. Turn out the new phone number was already used by other account means this is recycle number. Thats normal like an unused and dead number is put back to the market by telco. The problem is LAZADA didnt acknowledge this. I email them back and forth and long story short they come to conclusion that "our technology is not there yet".

Im like motherfker this is so simple, your system already send the 6 digit sms code and I apply the code that means the phone number is mine. just override that other account. Even bank do this.

No, at the end they just said that "we will try to improve our system". That is last year, dont know if they actually do something about it or not. I still have phone number that I no longer used and still topup RM5 every 3 month just so that it stay active and I dont have problem with my LAZADA account. lousy system.

comeback to Lazada, 2nd order already have problem. delivery problem specifically.

11th order,
15th only item get out. fine, maybe 12.12 busy.
18th item arrived at my local distribution center.

Supposedly today send out but no, status didnt update and my area doesnt even impacted by the flood. no reason to be delayed. everything so slow even slower than Shopee. High rating shop Nutrition Pro but some dumbass shipping company name Best.My. Monday spoiled.
