this voucher can only collect if you tune into the livestream every thursday 8/9pm..

then it goes by views target. if hit some set amount they release general type platform voucher to collect, siapa cepat dia dapat kind of thing..

so you need to be tuned into the livestream when they release it in order to have a chance to collect..

anyway sometimes it will be buggy,, you press collect also nth happens then later show fully collected...
