Today I attended tribunal with Lazada representative and seller attendance. Unfortunately, since the laser engraver was for business purposes, the judge said I have to go to 'small claims' court hearing. Seller smirked right away when the judge rejected my claims since it's not under her jurisdiction. I told both the seller and Lazada that I will definitely file this to the respective court unless my money is refunded. Seller was rude and spattered nonsensical remarks such as 'I came to tribunal to embarrass you' Lazada representative sounded him telling him to be courteous to buyers at all time. I do hope Lazada would take stern action towards the seller rude behavior! After several mediation sessions by Lazada representative, the seller finally gave in and refunded my money. Guys, please be aware of this store Little Rabbits 168' . Seller refuses to acknowledge when item is defect and handle the situation very rudely.

Any products that are bought for business purposes and not own consumption will have to go to civil court instead of tribunal

I think I try apply 12% voucher for master card, it block me to go thru......too sad, got voucher also not able to use. 

So when you already checkout the item and awaiting the payment can the seller use the out of stock reason to cancel your order after you make payment through topup lazada wallet?

Those of u that complaint merchant cancel order because no stock clearly does not understand how e-commerce works.

U see these sellers most probably have Lazada, Shopee, Prestomall, Lelong, and other platforms..
And lets say they have 200 stocks..So how do u expect them to put the stocks all over these platforms? allocate all equal and then if no ppl buy they will have leftover stocks how?
So they can only put more numbers than their stocks have and process according to which order comes first.
