Let's say I have claimed vouchers like store vouchers, hero voucher, TNG RM5 vouchers.

Do they remain usable as long as I have not used them within the validity period, or they will be depleted and gone based on first come first serve?

The 15% voucher is auto-applied. At check out page, I untick it and confirm, but it is still auto-applied. How to solve this?

Yeah, this is the only way though it will use up my voucher club shipping voucher. I think I will buy a different item now.
