You will get the current normal price, ask the seller to give special voucher for cover the difference, or just wait until the lazada system cancel for you, and give punish to seller while you get nothing and need to reorder for normal price.

If you scare of scam, first, check did the items that you purchased allow you to refund within 7 days or not, then, record everything from receiving the package, until you open and taken out your items.

Unsure why, but as I know, seller able to change your order into another shipping company, mine one changed from TheLorry to Ninjavan, with the same TheLorry shipping id too.
So yup, it might be a seller issues, as seller side should able to change the shipping method.

And hell, I am the one that report the crazy bot last year(or last last year? just before Paypal is gone), I hate bot as much as you do, and I learn CS, doing this is stupid and hurt my Degree cert.

I also provide lot of method to fight bot for many seller too, As you can see for other seller follower unlock, they required voucher code or voucher right? That was just half way of method to fight script, some seller set lower amount and lot of customer or bot just place order to hold the stock, some seller set the higher amount and allow you to apply voucher on exact time.

You may ask, what should be the better method, well, how I know.
Some seller set to auto post the feed when it is time, but...
Because so far I suspect there is new bot that will watch on voucher code, and auto apply it when it is released on time, so nah, already failed.

But, if you know human unable to apply unknown voucher code on time of it released, then you can improve it, just by disallow any account to place the order within 1s, done.
Just, there is new issues, how about seller that provide the voucher code earlier time, and the customer apply on time?
Then well, allow the seller to set the voucher code to be this sensitive if it is release on time, but how about new seller?


So, the solution from Lazada, crazy flash sale.
Instead of just letting the seller to handle it, why not lend some hand from Lazada platform?
It also allow seller to promoting the shop's item to the buyer too, which is much better than follower unlock.
Quiet, low effective for cost of promotion, and at least post on your shop feed la!
No one gonna check your home page by going through each of the shop one by one when there is a Feed feature.

Still, this system is a bit weaker than Taobao, as Taobao required you to be account verified using IC, and answer a question before you proceed.

And Taobao seller also come out some new solution, just using the betting system which required account verified(as you know, the crazy flash sale only on Tmall instead of Taobao, and I guess the procedure is hell of complex), low cost, and easy.

If you ask me, as a buyer, how to fight these bot by grabbing within 1s, well, I already give answer in another 11.11 thread, just a clue, cart.
Hell, even the Lazada told you that, add to cart, add to cart, and add to cart!
Even with Streamyx or 4G you can grab these crazy flash sale, only 1 thing, you need a strong PC or mobile phone, just like Ben10 in Guess It, you can see the keypad pop up is just within 0.2s with the strong snapdragon 855, while my snapdragon 625 required 1s.
Lucky the programmer is the best one I saw, as the count down timer is local timer instead of server timer, that's why lot of people that joining Guess It event got within 2s or top 300, as long as they have a smart phone that can pop up the keyboard within 0.4s after the count down started on local, they don't care much on your smart phone performance.
For strong smart phone and fast hand, yes, within 1s is possible.

You may say, how about bots?
I will say, Kaizo Trap.

Also they required you to click on the collect button, which I think, there is trap on these button for the bots, invisible to human, visible to bots, on code.
But so far, in order to fight this, someone had developed something, just so far the limitation is high, just, well, I not gonna post here and increase the bots, NO.
Just, I know the next level of fighting these script, random location of windows, random icon on the button, but of cause, budget and cost is important too.
How about user experience?

Lot of thing need to be consider before implementation, it is not just that simple, by hurting bots, you will getting your normal customer hurt as well.
And hell, you don't know your customer is big value or small value, but there is one thing for sure, if your security system False alarm and banned them, well, they are not gonna just give you a call and asking why, they will just seek for other platform, and money loss for your platform...



Anyways, back to the method to grab crazy flash sale, sadly they have a crappy programmer on cart, instead of preload the code for check out ready when you on the cart page, they only design to preload it on product page only.

And hell, there is one website that design to load the verify bar at the time of grabbing voucher, so it get like 4s to load the verify bar.
In order to preload it by yourself, you just need to keep multiple tab remain open, and click on the previous voucher grab button, then when time is come, click on the voucher you required to grab and tata~ 0.2s verify bar pop up, and the rest is just your speed of hands.

See, there is lot of ways which allow you to grab the thing you want within 1s, using bot is the lamest way and will getting you banned, and hell, just like Domino, you can even get police report for that if they know nothing about how's their system design, and it is possible or not.

And yes, I has given some clues for new method that I not tested yet in these sea of words, you can try it on your lazada app and grab 1 of those crazy flash sale home TODAY~

Not just that, Taobao also got lot of local event, which I guess is the same showcase la.
They had been doing this long time ago, most of them are furniture because many people purchasing furniture from Taobao via sea, and I will guess, it earn a lot money for them.

But still, the best method is the Lazada current method, shipping oversea items together to a warehouse, then pack again and ship to your house.

And fun case, my friend got his package packed wrong item on Shopee, and so far not solved yet.(get shoes instead of clothes)
But so far so good on Lazada, as they just drop the package inside a new package(Taobao collection), or letting the seller to shipping from China to your house.(Global collection)
So if something wrong happen, they can just know which package it should belong to.

So I guess there is some system error, regardless of your type of cancellation, as long as your crazy flash sale(or maybe not) order getting cancelled, then you are having chance to banned from place order.
Based on my record, the cancellation ban is start from 20th-23th, because I got a 50% discount voucher from CHOETECH live stream, so just as usual that I will do on Taobao or Tmall or Lazada, I place the order first to hold the price, and give myself 3 days or 72 hour(little tips, few years ago, Taobao also 72 hours, but now 24 hours ).
Then, well, the order auto cancelled on 23th Nov 2019 00:00, and when I trying to place order on 23th 8 AM(yes, sadly I don't has anything to buy in between 20th-23th, so I can't 100% confirm it is this cancellation or not), well, error and error.

Also keep in mind that it is a normal order, not crazy flash sale order.


And for crazy flash sale, I had said before, the crazy flash sale is more benefit the seller as, well, they can cancel the order by not shipping it(click packed then wait the system to cancel it), as it is just 1-3 quantity, so that don't hurt the total cancelled order/total orders = total cancellation rate to a lower amount that restricting them to join the next events.


But I will say so far so good, I had grabbed for like a months and based on my record, only 1-3 order getting cancelled.


This, are seller don't know about the oversold issues?
Even Taobao got this type of issues, means that, because of the server busy and getting desync, oversold has chance to happen.

For A30s, yes, over 19 quantity(they only allow 19 instead of 20, unsure why) sold, lot of successful buyer is posting under the Lazada Facebook's post comments asking why their order getting cancelled, while it is just 1 quantity oversold, you should be happy it is just 1, but not just cancel all of them...
If you ask me how many oversold, I guess 5-10?
Only Lazada and Samsung seller know about it.

So it is not a issues related to bot, but related to how's the handling of server, just saying it is bot is a too earlier conclusion.

If there is bot, none of us can get the crazy flash sale order within 1s, I will say 600ms, or 12:00:00:600 for human
For the bot, it will getting it within 100ms, or I should say 50ms, or I should say, it depend on the system throttle to prevent bots, they will set a min wait time in between check out and place order

For Taobao, if you are using App, no limit on min wait time, but if you are using mobile web, yes, limitation of 1.5s, as that is the old method being used by bot and human to get their processing time to lowest, which means that they also disallowed a human method to fight the bot.
(FYI, the mobile web is just same webpage, but 1 request for all the information required to place order based on the info in the address link, same to Apps)
So yes, experience is what let us able to grab these crazy flash sale, not bot or something.
And yes, banning bot means banning quick hand human too.

My friend also got place order for like 20:00:01 on night crazy flash sale, I guess lot of them just grabbing other stuff, so only normal human fight(means know nothing about method to place order within 1s, or lack of powerful device).

Well, this is just my hobby, getting cheap thing and play with them, it is not like I have lot of money to doing this kind of thing.
So my only choice is purchase cheap thing and get on touch on it, experience it, improve my knowledge.

More over, it allow me to know how's a online shopping platform system works, and fighting with human and bot with bare hand is my interest too, not saying you can experience how's Lazada platform handle the bot, also what's their experience they had carry over from Taobao to Lazada.

Also tested lot of thing, like UBR, CBR, VBR etc.. none of them works because it only works on multiple PPPoE connection, which normally used on business.

As nowaday mostly streamyx user got more ADSL sync speed to overcome the overhead, so this method is expired already.

Also there is more, in order to receive the package on time, just living nearby a apartment full of student, sure they will like to come here before 12 PM, as lot of Online shopping package need to delivery here.
Then you can ensure on what date the package will be received by you, as it is predictable.

Well, different person place order on the same time can be happen.
Lot of people trying to grab A30s, how much?
Only Lazada know.

But as I know, yes, enough for creating extra order.

And no, there are not category those case as system abuse, I don't know which one, but there is at least 3 possible.
The system is labeling users that letting the system to cancel order by time out, or grabbing crazy flash sale items, or grabbing crazy flash sale items while letting them timeout.
And maybe 4, the system is letting the shop to report users as bot, and causing them being banned.


And yes, crazy flash sale is just for extra fun(and for poor guys like me), the other items are still nice, like the Mate 20 pro RM 1699, 50% discount voucher from Ugreen.
These discount had pushed me to purchase more items than I expected, too, so it is a good design.
Before that I might just purchase something like RM 100 on 11.11 or 12.12 sales, but these crazy flash sale on each days had pushed me to purchase like RM 500 per month.

It is the system ban, so blame the person that don't double check on the False positive or something and put the ban function online, and don't believe normal person can perform such a action.

Never, trust human, unable to do something strange on something, this is what's I learn when I trying to ban lot of IP that serve to host lot of services, like bot, but then there is another one, VPN.
In the end, still need to put a simple question in notation for sign up to stop these bots, instead of banning IP address which hurt lot of bots while stopping some VPN human incoming.

Just like lowyat, lot of people using VPN to speed up their connection, getting better route than what's TM provided for normal users.



So, each time when a feature is designed, specially for banning account, you need to be careful.
Getting human banned is worst than getting bot remain unbanned, money loss, and more resource required to handle wrong case.
Specially when they speak, spread the bad news(banned) to other person on the internet.

Yes, so when I know he grabbed the items on 20:00:01, my face is .
He always being a lucky guy, as there are 9 crazy flash sale items, most go for useful(including me), while he go for another one, so if I failed to grab within 0.999s, he still got chance for other items that are less person, and I am correct.
